Steward's Report
Petrol Bowsers, Miss Geddes, Shades Of Venus and Ikari Sunset were slow out. Bourneuf Sophie and Erica Black collided soon after the start. Erica Black and Ti Amo Rosa colided at the 250mtr mark. Erica Black checked off Bourneuf Sophie at the 200mtr mark. Bourneuf Sophie and Erica Black collided at the 50mtr mark.
Prior to the running of event 9, Steward in charge - Carl Scott observed trainer, David Schwarz, pass the lead of the greyhound Ti Amo Rosa whilst in his control through a cyclone mesh fence to another person so that he could leave the parade area momentarily. Stewards deemed this action as irresponsible and issued Mr. Schwarz with a severe reprimand.
