Steward's Report
Challis Run and Slick Jetta were slow out. Slick Jetta and Bureaucrat collided soon after the start. Percy The Punter and Surf My Wake collided soon after the start. Sonic Chick and Hot Drink collided at the 300mtr mark. Hot Drink checked off Percy The Punter at the 250mtr mark checking Bureaucrat. Sonic Chick crossed to the outside at the 200mtr mark checking Hot Drink. Slick Jetta, American Red and Percy The Punter collided at the 150mtr mark.
Slick Jetta was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the right calf, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.
Hot Drink was vetted and after being revetted following race 8, it was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the left shoulder, a 28 day stand down period was imposed.
