Steward's Report

Light Image, Panorama Bud and Betsy Jay were slow out. Betsy Jay checked off the heels of Dabchick, soon after start. Master Antonio checked off the heels of Panorama Bud first turn. Betsy Jay checked off the heels of Panorama Bud approaching home turn. Light Image and Dabchick collided home turn. Light Image and Dabchick collided home straight. The lure cover (blue jacket) was not removed prior to the lure being placed in the forward motion. Stewards declared the event a race as the cover stayed on the lure for the entire duration of the journey and did not disadvantage any greyhound in running. Stewards spoke to track staff after the event and reminded them of their responsibilities.
