Steward's Report
Heza Blazin', Cait Bale and Riverside Buzz collided soon after the start checking Heza Blazin' and Cait Bale. Heza Blazin' was checked off the heels of Cait Bale approaching the first turn. Cait Bale was checked off the heels of Long Black Road approaching the first turn. Malvado and Morotai collided on the first turn checking Morotai. Long Black Road crossed to the outside approaching the home turn checking Malvado. Malvado and Simonova collided entering the home straight.
Simonova was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injured left chest muscle, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.
