Steward's Report
Sonic Chick was slow out. Vixen Red, Entice Me Juliet and Somma Storm collided soon after the start. Vixen Red was checked off the heels of Entice Me Juliet approaching the first turn. Arvo's Spice, Sonic Chick, Vixen Red and Somma Storm collided on the first turn checking Arvo's Spice, Vixen Red, Somma Storm and Torah's Gold. Arvo's Spice, Somma Storm and Torah's Gold collided approaching the home turn checking Dr. Rochelle and Arvo's Spice and severely checking Vixen Red and Somma Storm; Vixen Red and Somma Storm fell as a result. Sonic Chick was checked off the heels of Amado approaching the home turn. Torah's Gold was checked off the heels of Sonic Chick approaching the home turn.
Somma Storm was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injured right elbow, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.
Vixen Red was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no injury apparent.
