Steward's Report
Onya Pete, Ocean Atlanta and Magic Trance were slow out. Astrid Adore and Make My Day collided soon after the start. Ocean Atlanta checked off the heels of Sooty Grunter approaching the first turn. Make My Day, Onya Pete and Ocean Atlanta collided on the first turn. Extremo and Magic Trance collided approaching the second turn. Make My Day checked off the heels of Get In Line on the second turn. Make My Day galloped on the heels of Onya Pete entering the back straight severely checking Onya Pete and checking Make My Day. Make My Day brushed the running rail approaching the home turn checking Astrid Adore.
Make My Day was vetted following the Event and Dr. Alistair Smith, the Club's Veterinary Surgeon, reported that the greyhound sustained soreness to the left hock. Acting on a recommendation from Dr. Smith, the Stewards will stand Make My Day down from competing for 5 days.
