Exotic Jay Jay was slow out. Le Flirt and Revenge Time collided soon after the start. Trendy Lady and Chief Knight collided soon after the start. Trendy Lady checked off the heels of Chief Knight approaching the first turn checking Revenge Time. Le Flirt checked off the heels of Connemara Jack on the first turn. Exotic Jay Jay eased on the first turn and again approaching the second turn. Jelema Dreams and Micky Hunter collided approaching the second turn. Le Flirt raced wide on the second turn. Revenge Time and Trendy Lady collided on the third turn. Connemara Jack and Chief Knight collided approaching the home turn. Connemara Jack checked off the heels of Chief Knight on the home turn checking Revenge Time. Revenge Time and Chief Knight collided entering the home straight.
Exotic Jay Jay was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no injury apparent with the greyhound. Exotic Jay Jay was revetted with no apparent injury. Acting under AGRR80.2, Stewards charged Exotic Jay Jay for failing to pursue the lure with due commitment and suspended the greyhound for 28 days at Sandown Park and also directed the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial, all tracks, before any future nomination, pursuant to AGRR81.1.
