Steward's Report
Untapped Ability was very slow out. Special Kay and Ophelia Jade were slow out. Dyna Montana and Dynamic Speed collided soon after the start and again on the first turn checking both greyhounds. Special Kay checked off the heels of Jen Hawkins on the first turn. Jen Hawkins and Special Kay collided entering the back straight checking Jen Hawkins. Ophelia Jade checked off the heels of Untapped Ability on the home turn.
Jen Hawkins was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound was found to be injured in the left hip and right tricep, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.
Untapped Ability was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no injury apparent with the greyhound.
