Belle's Warrior and Kamartee were slow out.
Agentex checked off the heels of My Mate Vern approaching the first turn.
Belle's Warrior and Smith Ice collided on the first turn checking Smith Ice and Kamartee.
Western Shorty and My Mate Vern collided on the home turn and again in the home straight.
Kamartee was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound had a strained right monkey, a 14 day stand down period was imposed.
