Causin' Havoc, Great Saquan, Big On Hope and Betty's Portrait were slow out. Causin' Havoc crossed to the outside soon after the start checking Great Saquan, Big On Hope and Betty's Portrait. Mr. Big Shot and Gilmer Bale collided soon after the start. Longoria Bale, Mr. Big Shot and Gilmer Bale collided approaching the first turn. Mr. Big Shot and Gilmer Bale collided on the first turn. Great Saquan raced wide on the first turn checking Causin' Havoc and Betty's Portrait. Big On Hope checked off the heels of Betty's Portrait on the first turn. Forfar and Longoria Bale collided on the second turn.
