Lika Tornado checked off Smokin' Gonzales soon after the start. Grandate crossed to the inside soon after the start checking Who Jackman and Connemara Fire. Lord Niamh, Lika Tornado and Who Jackman collided on the first turn checking Lika Tornado. Who Jackman checked off Lord Niamh approaching the home turn. Connemara Fire checked off Grandate on the home turn. Grandate crossed to the inside approaching the winning post.
