Steward's Report
An out of competition sample was taken from Levitation on 09/05/2022 pursuant to GAR 139.
Indy Matilda and Levitation were quick to begin. Kelsey Bale was slow to begin.
Aston Salma tired over the concluding stages and underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have no apparent injury.
Stewards spoke to Kennel Representative Mrs. C. Abela regarding Auspicious Queen pulling up prior to the return gate and failing to enter the catching pen. After hearing evidence from Mrs. Abela and acting on their observations, a warning was issued against the greyhound for failing to enter the catching pen.
A post-race sample was taken from Levitation - winner of the event.
