Steward's Report
A pre-race sample was taken from Dodgy Digger.
Dody Digger and United Lass was quick to begin. Aston Cleo and Cawbourne Move were slow to begin.
Cawbourne Move and Kara the Escapee collided on the first turn. Aston Cleo checked off Megasonic on the first turn. Kara the Escapee checked off United Lass approaching the home turn.
Aston Cleo – trainer, Mr Paul Herry was queried as significant betting fluctuations were observed by Stewards. The comments of Mr Herry were noted. Stewards directed a post race sample be taken from Aston Cleo - unplaced in the event. A subsequent veterinary examination revealed injuries to the right back muscle, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.
