Easy Street was slow to begin.

Natalia Lee, Go Jack and Tortilla collided approaching the first turn; checking Natalia Lee and Tortilla.  Granny Said Go and Myola Red Boy collided approaching the first turn.  Natalia Lee and Granny Said Go collided on the first turn.  Myola Red Boy, Natalia Lee and Tortilla collided approaching the home turn; severely checking Myola Red Boy and Tortilla; causing Tortilla to stumble and lose ground.

President Peggy – Turned in the boxes and took no competitive part in the race.  Placed on a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 52(1), pursuant to GAR 72.

Myola Queen, Coraline Bale and Tonto's Revenge collided soon after the start.  Myola Queen and Happy Franklin collided approaching the first turn, checking Myola Queen.  Happy Franklin checked off Toolong Tiger on the first turn.

President Peggy underwent a post–race veterinary examination – no apparent injury was reported.

Vegas Gangster – Late scratching at 6:38 pm when trainer, Mr Peter Inguanti reported the greyhound lame (GAR 23).  A 10 day stand down period was imposed.  Stewards will require a veterinary certificate pursuant to GAR 20(3)(v) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Little Zoe was slow to begin.

Little Zoe underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was re–examined following race nine.  Little Zoe was found to have a right foreleg monkey muscle injury.  A 14 day stand down period was imposed.

Quinnley Bale, Rower's Rule and Inga Riley collided soon after the start.  Rower's Rule checked off Molly Tessa approaching the first turn.  Lara Diamond, Quinnley Bale and Inga Riley collided approaching the first turn; checking all three greyhounds.  Rower's Rule and Plain Name collided on the first turn, checking Plain Name.

Nancy Baker and Joffa's Tiara collided soon after the start.  Big Leigh and Nancy Baker collided on the first turn; checking Big Leigh, which brushed the running rail as a result.

Big Leigh underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a left hindleg triangle muscle injury.  A seven day stand down period was imposed.

Gypsy Warrior and Newtown Jet collided approaching the first turn, checking Gypsy Warrior.  Gypsy Warrior, Funny Enough and Blazin' Diamonds collided on the first turn; severely checking Gypsy Warrior, causing Blazin' Diamonds to fall.  Laxman stumbled and raced wide on the home turn.

Gypsy Warrior underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a right hindleg hip injury.  A five day stand down period was imposed. 

Blazin' Diamonds underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a right hindleg triangle muscle injury.  A 10 day stand down period was imposed. 

Sophie and Galaxy Queen collided approaching the first turn, checking Galaxy Queen.  Pontiac Bandit, Sophie and Crazy Old Fool collided on the first turn, checking Sophie.  Frothy's De Goey checked off Bell Park Dragon on the home turn.  Pontiac Bandit checked off Frothy's De Goey entering the home straight, which ran wide as a result.  Cryptic Signal and Bell Park Dragon collided approaching the winning post.
