President Peggy – Turned in the boxes and took no competitive part in the race. Placed on a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 52(1), pursuant to GAR 72.
Myola Queen, Coraline Bale and Tonto's Revenge collided soon after the start. Myola Queen and Happy Franklin collided approaching the first turn, checking Myola Queen. Happy Franklin checked off Toolong Tiger on the first turn.
President Peggy underwent a post–race veterinary examination – no apparent injury was reported.
Happy Franklin – Proved difficult to box and will be boxed first in future events in accordance with GAR 52.
