Steward's Report
A pre-race sample was taken from Mepunga Hayles.
Rockstar Ohlmus was quick to begin. Bullying and Big John were slow to begin.
Bullying raced wide approaching the home turn. Oldrik Bale and Rockstar Ohlmus collided entering the home straight.
Big John – Stewards were satisfied with the boxing of the greyhound and removed the boxed first endorsement for future events in accordance with GAR 52. Stewards spoke to Mr Bernard Seymour, the trainer of Big John and advised him that the greyhound's boxing manners would be monitored in future events.
Trainer, Mr Garry George was issued with a fine of $200 pursuant to GAR 86(o) in that Bullying was presented in the parade yard wearing an incorrect racing rug.
