Thank You Jill and Weblec Opal collided approaching the first turn.  Myola Pocket galloped on the heels of Weblec Opal on the first turn; severely checking Weblec Opal; checking Fab Nine.  Xandra Bale and Thank You Jill collided on the home turn, causing Thank You Jill to race wide.  Fab Nine and Myola Pocket collided entering the home straight.

Fearless Pigeon and Benchester collided soon after the start.  Benchester crossed to the rail approaching the first turn, checking Fearless Pigeon.  Sinful Angel checked off Fernando Mick in the home straight.

Rather and Crown Knox collided approaching the first turn.  Miss Tickle checked off Aston Gamble on the first turn.  Rather and Circumstance collided on the home turn; Circumstance raced wide as a result.  Rather checked off Myola Sunrise in the home straight.

Mr Dean Elliot was issued with a warning pursuant to GAR 86(o) in that the incorrect race rug was placed on Circumstance during the scanning period.

Mr Brayden Klemke was issued with a warning pursuant to GAR 86(o) in that the incorrect race rug was placed on Aston Gamble during the scanning period.

Sweet Emily was quick to begin.  Aston Tango was slow to begin.

Hendrik Bale and Commission collided approaching the first turn.  Commission checked off Earthworm Jim on the first turn.  Sweet Emily and Aston Tango collided aproaching the home turn.  Raph City raced wide on the home turn.

Big John – Stewards were satisfied with the boxing of the greyhound and removed the boxed first endorsement for future events in accordance with GAR 52.  Stewards spoke to Mr Bernard Seymour, the trainer of Big John and advised him that the greyhound's boxing manners would be monitored in future events.

Trainer, Mr Garry George was issued with a fine of $200 pursuant to GAR 86(o) in that Bullying was presented in the parade yard wearing an incorrect racing rug.

Trainer, Mrs Jennifer Torr was fined $50 for failing to ensure the registration card was produced for the greyhound, Tilly Divine pursuant to GAR 33.

Tilly Divine, Sailor's Girl and Summer Alarm were slow to begin.

Beatrix Bale and Bella Sugar collided on the first turn.  Rush Out and Summer Alarm collided on the home turn.  Tilly Divine and Summer Alarm collided entering the home straight.

Rush Out underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have right hindleg hamstrings injury.  A seven day stand down period was imposed.

Kraken Tex was quick to begin.  Not Arandt was slow to begin.

So Hazy faltered on the first turn and tailed off.

So Hazy underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a left hindleg back muscle injury.  A 21 day stand down period was imposed.

Pumpkin Pete – FTC 21/02/2022 WBL – Field of 4, Distance 410m, Weight 34.4 kg, Box 3, Placed 3rd, Time Run 24:274 - Comment: Cleared All Tracks except, Warrnambool.  A sample was taken from Pumpkin Pete in accordance with GAR 79(1), having been presented for a satisfactory trial.
