Steward's Report
Jye's Jet was slow to begin.
Qwara Bale, Daph's Yak and Nikoli Bale collided on the first turn; checking Daph's Yak, Nikoli Bale and Jye's Jet. Daph's Yak and Shima Pearl collided entering the home straight.
Invictus Rising underwent a post–race veterinary examination due to an incident in the catching pen and was reported to have sustained a head trauma. Invictus Rising was humanely euthanised.
A post-race sample was taken from Shima Pearl (2nd).
The lure was checked and re-fitted to the cable post race. After undergoing significant testing, the Stewards were satisfied that it was satisfactory for use and the continuance of racing.
