Gotham Diva was quick to begin.  Not Arandt was slow to begin.

Crackerjack Lach checked off Kraken Tex on the first turn.  Tinted checked off Maximum Shirley on the home turn.  Tinted raced wide on the home turn.  Tinted and Zipping Tula collided in the home straight, checking Zipping Tula.

Zivon Bale checked off Kanji Height on the first turn.  Zara's Ivan and Lots Of Chatter collided on the home turn, checking Lots Of Chatter.  Zivon Bale, Kanji Height and Dream Wizard collided approaching the winning post; checking Kanji Height and Dream Wizard.

Typhoon Sammy, Orson Avery and Yozo Bale were slow to begin.

Invictus Rising underwent a post–race veterinary examination due to an incident in the catching pen and was reported to have sustained a head trauma.  Invictus Rising was humanely euthanised.

A post-race sample was taken from Shima Pearl (2nd).

The lure was checked and re-fitted to the cable post race.  After undergoing significant testing, the Stewards were satisfied that it was satisfactory for use and the continuance of racing.

Indy Fido underwent a veterinary examination prior to racing and was passed fit to race.

Indy Fido was slow to begin.

Do It and Snapper Smith collided approaching the first turn, checking Snapper Smith.  Old News and Indy Honey collided on the first turn; checking Indy Honey and Indy Fido.  Ha Ha Magoo raced wide on the home turn.

Providence Bale – Late scratching at 5:39 pm on the advice of the On–Track Veterinarian (GAR 37) due to diarrhoea.  A three day stand down period was imposed.

Soda Titan was slow to begin.

Post-race samples were taken from - Boston Garden (1st) and Crackerjack Keg (2nd).

A sample was taken from Big Cohuna upon arrival at the course.

Courteous Reiko and Tiggerlong Jet were slow to begin.

Zipping Thor checked off Zeal Sensation soon after the start.  Zipping Crusader checked off Zeal Sensation approaching the first turn.  Big Cohuna checked off Tiggerlong Jet on the first turn; checking Courteous Reiko and Zipping Thor.  Big Cohuna checked off Zipping Crusader on the home turn.  Zipping Thor checked off Big Cohuna in the home straight.

Parlo Bale was slow to begin.
