All staff & participants attending the race-meeting wore face masks at all times when inside the kennel block and associated buildings, and when engaged in the exclusive race-day functions of handling, boxing, starting and catching greyhounds.

Our Boy Benny was slow to begin.

Tuxedo Tears and Coolum Beach collided soon after the start, checking Coolum Beach.  Calthorpe and Coolum Beach collided approaching the first turn; checking both greyhounds and causing Calthorpe to stumble.  Phaenon Bale, Proud Molly and Sugar Boloney collided on the first turn.  Tuxedo Tears raced wide approaching the home turn.  Sugar Boloney and Tuxedo Tears collided in the home straight.  Tuxedo Tears and Caribbean Queen collided approaching the winning post.  Phaenon Bale, Caribbean Queen and Sugar Boloney collided approaching the winning post.

Little Herbie underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported.

Zipping Mabel – New declared weight of 25.0 kg, last raced at 26.2 kg.

Rocky Strike and Nyssa's Girl were quick to begin.

Zipping Mabel and Lucky Yap collided soon after the start and several times from the first turn to the home turn.  Nyssa's Girl checked off Capitis in the home straight.

Zipping Mabel underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported.

Double Up, Just The Marjen and Nova To Burn collided approaching the first turn.  Nova To Burn, Battling Baz and Sovereign Strike collided on the first turn; checking Battling Baz and Sovereign Strike.  Double Up checked off Just The Marjen approaching the home turn.  Battling Baz, Double Up and Yazid Bale collided on the home turn, checking Double Up.  Worms Are Biting and Nova To Burn collided approaching the winning post checking Worms Are Biting.  Nova To Burn and Just The Marjen collided approaching the winning post.

Appalachian and Moraine Hayley were quick to begin and collided soon after the start; checking Moraine Hayley.

Saint Tess and Winsome Willow collided soon after the start.  Mr. Blurton checked off Toyed on the first turn.  Saint Tess, Winsome Willow and Crispy Duck collided on the first turn.  Toyed and Twinkle Love collided approaching the home turn; checking both greyhounds.  Winsome Willow checked off Saint Tess on the home turn; checking Crispy Duck, which collided with Twinkle Love.  Toyed and Twinkle Love raced wide in the home straight.

Aston Harlow and Digitorum were quick to begin.

Oakvale Cruiser and Jayla Strike collided soon after the start.  Aston Harlow and Oakvale Cruiser collided on the first turn, severely checking Oakvale Cruiser.  Saint Rock checked off Rampant Teresa on the first turn.

Oakvale Cruiser underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right foreleg wrist injury.  A seven day stand down period was imposed.

I'm A Burner was slow to begin.

Tinker Bono and Irwin Bale collided approaching the first turn.  Irwin Bale and Danny Creek collided on the first turn.  Aston Leomie and Irwin Bale collided on the home turn.

What A Wish was slow to begin.

What A Wish and Natsu Bale collided on the first turn.  Unknown Warrior turned its head inwards and visably eased approaching the home turn.

Unknown Warrior underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right foreleg monkey muscle injury.  A five day stand down period was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Mr J Bray, the trainer of Unknown Warrior, regarding the greyhound’s racing manners approaching the home turn.  Acting under the provisions of GAR 69A(1) Unknown Warrior was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment.  Mr Bray pleaded guilty to the charge, Unknown Warrior was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at Warrnambool and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 69A (2) and pursuant to GAR 72, before any future nomination will be accepted.

Mr A Richardson was fined $50 for failing to ensure the registration card was produced for the greyhound, Winlock Buttons pursuant to GAR 33.
