Kutcher's Ruslie, Texas Metal and Adrianna collided approaching the winning post.
Texas Metal was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
Stewards spoke to Ms. K. Minne, representative of greyhound, Texas Metal, regarding the greyhound's racing manners entering the home straight. After viewing all available video footage and taking into account Ms. Minne's explanation, Stewards took no further action.
