Steward's Report
Lightning Leo, Waipahu and Andy Time were slow to begin. Waipahu and Andy Time collided soon after the start. Rag Time Griff, Send Me Dizzy, Lightning Leo, Andy Time, Waipahu and Take A Sunflower collided on the first turn severely checking all greyhounds and causing Lightning Leo and Send Me Dizzy to fall.
Lightning Leo underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have bruising over the left shoulder and minor abrasions over distal limbs. A 5 day stand down period was imposed
Send Me Dizzy underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an injured left shin, thoraco-lumbar soreness and multiple minor abrasions over limbs. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
