Agent Stella and Ancho Poblano collided soon after the start.  Vanilla Sky, Agent Stella and Ancho Poblano collided soon after the start.  Ancho Poblano, Agent Stella, Vanilla Sky and So Bright collided approaching the first turn, checking Agent Stella, Vanilla Sky and So Bright.  Vanilla Sky and Agent Stella collided on the first turn, checking both greyhounds.  So Bright lost ground from approaching the home turn.  Fabriola Yes and Colden Brookie collided on several occasions in the home straight, unbalancing and checking both greyhounds.

Stewards spoke to Mr T Britton, trainer of Colden Brookie, regarding the greyhound's racing manners in the home straight.  After hearing Mr Britton's evidence and acting on their own observations of the race footage, Stewards were of the opinion that Fabriola Yes and Colden Brookie collided repeatedly, causing both greyhounds to become unbalanced.  Stewards therefore took no further action.

So Bright underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right hindleg quadriceps injury.  A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
