Braemar Ally Fay and Jimmy Cheesecake collided soon after the start checking both greyhounds. Prinny Arandt turned its head to the inside and crossed to rail soon after the start. Mt. View Wrap and Widburn collided soon after the start. Prinny Arandt turned its head to the outside and visibly eased approaching the 250m mark. Prinny Arandt visibly eased approaching the 100m mark and collided with Windburn several times severely checking Windburn and Mt. View Wrap.

Superior Dougie underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was re-examined following race 10. Super Dougie was found to have a left and right carpal sprain and an injury to the left back muscle. A 14 day stand down period was imposed.

Sweltering underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury reported.

Acting under the provisions of GAR 69(A)(1) Prinny Arandt was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment. Mr Zammit pleaded guilty to the charge, Prinny Arandt is suspended for 28 days at Healesville and must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks), pursuant to GAR 69(A)(2)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Trinity Blue and Montanaro were slow to begin. 

Flossy Jo crossed in at the 300m mark checking Montanaro. Flossy Jo checked off Big Boy Marjen at the 250m mark. Symbol For You and Big Boy Marjen collided approaching the 200m mark checking Big Boy Marjen and Flossy Jo. Symbol For You crossed to the outside at the 150 mark checking Montanaro. Trinity Blue visibly eased and turn its head to the outside approaching the 100m mark. Trinity Blue visibly eased approaching the winning post.

Big Boy Marjen underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an abrasion to the right hind metatarsal. No stand down period was imposed.

Big Jo and Eagle Jet collided soon after the start. Awesome Arby and Snap Decision collided soon after the start.  Snap Decision checked off Eagle Jet at the 300m mark. Big Jo checked off Eagle Jet approaching the 250m mark. Big Jo and Snap Decision collided at the 150m mark checking both greyhounds. Superior Merlot checked off Eagle Jet approaching the 100m mark checking Big Jo and Snap Decision. Fernando Frank checked off Snap Decision approaching the 50m mark.

Sand Runner - Late scratching at 10.37am due to weight variation (GAR 39). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Trainer Graham James was fined $100.

Super Big and Superior Breeze were slow to begin. 

Super Big and White Cynder collided at the 50m mark checking White Cynder. Roger That and Eminence Keroma collided approaching the post.

Eminence Keroma – Proved difficult to box and will be boxed first in future events in accordance with GAR 52. 

Pirates Patch was quick to begin. Flying Solo was slow to begin.

Jugungal Black and Flying Solo collided at the 300m mark. Zipping Afro and Cracked Pepper collided at the 250m mark. Flying Solo and Zipping Afro collided at the 50m mark.

Uncle Drew and Darklight collided soon after the start and again several times from the 300m mark to the 200m mark checking both greyhounds. Everything I Do and Darklight collided approaching the 100m mark. Darklight checked off Everything I Do at the 50m mark.
