Steward's Report
Gin Lee's Girl – Late scratching at 6:31pm due to non-arrival (GAR 31). A 28 day stand down period was imposed. Mr Colin Goodman informed Stewards that he had a vehicle breakdown on-route to the track. Stewards have advised Mr Goodman that evidence of the breakdown will need to be submitted, to the satisfaction of Stewards, within 48 hours of the occurrence that caused the non-arrival. The matter will be re-evaluated upon receipt of this evidence.
Spolly's Beauty was slow to begin. Akina Bear was very slow to begin (3 lengths).
Grumpy Ray and Hayley's Hero collided approaching the first turn. Hayley's Hero and Love To Deed collided on the first turn. Grumpy Ray and Hayley's Hero collided on the home turn and again in the home straight. Maverick Rosa raced wide in the home straight.
