Steward's Report
Pursuant to GAR 75(6), Kennel Attendants, Mr. Justin Booker and Ms. Stephanie Tyler did not act in any official capacity that may have in any way affected the outcome of this event.
A pre-race urine sample was taken from Money Machine.
Aston Alight was quick to begin. Touch My Hand was slow to begin.
Shima Time (turned its head outwards entering the home straight and marred Money Machine) underwent a post–race veterinary examination – no apparent injury was reported. Mr Thomas Dailly declined the option to have the greyhound re-vetted. Stewards spoke to Mr. Dailly regarding Shima Time's racing manners entering the home straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 123, Shima Time was charged with marring. Mr. Dailly pleaded guilty to the charge. Shima Time was suspended for 28 days (1st offence) at Sale and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 127, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.
