Steward's Report
Airly with Grace was slow to begin. Dynamic Ross and Keisha's Boy collided soon after the start. Airly With Grace crossed to the rail on the first turn checking House Of Luck, Keisha's Boy, Just Jimmy and Charlie Haze and severely checking Dynamic Ross, causing Owlette and Tarika Tara to fall. Dynamic Ross and Charlie Haze collided approaching the home turn. Charlie Haze faltered on the home turn and subsequently tailed off.
Charlie Haze underwent a post race veterinary examination and was found to have a fractured right hock and was humanely euthanaised.
Owlette underwent a post race veterinary examination and was found to have an abrasion on the front right toes. No stand down period was imposed.
Tarika Tara underwent a post race veterinary examination and was found to have an injured left wrist. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.
Stewards inspected the track in the area of the home turn following the event and deemed the track safe for racing.
