Steward's Report
Dusty's Ink went up with the lids at box rise and was slow to begin.
Pennine Way and Prince Ferno collided soon after the start. Lucknow Magic, Cilla Gem and Grumpy Ray collided soon after the start. Grumpy Ray and Lucknow Magic collided approaching the first turn. Pennine Way checked off Prince Ferno on the first turn. Dusty's Ink checked off Grumpy Ray on the home turn.
Pennine Way underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a lost/torn nail to the left hind foot. A 3 day stand down period was imposed.
A post-race sample was taken from Showboat Capers - winner of the event.
