She Ignites and Uzzi Bale were slow to begin.

Zipping Riot and Deano's Smidge collided approaching the first turn. Keen Gem and Ebb collided on the first turn. Zipping Riot and Deano's Smidge collided approaching the home turn checking Zipping Riot. Lingua Franca galloped on Ebb approaching the home turn checking Ebb which lost ground. Swift Abbey raced wide throughout the event. 

Ebb underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a spike wound to the left calf and an abrasion to the right metatarsal. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.

This race was delayed by approximately 2 minutes due to Kembla Grange running behind schedule.

Straitline Willy was very slow to begin (4 lengths).

Chopping Spuds - Late scratching at 11:46am on the advice of the On-Track Veterinarian (GAR 37) due to a tail injury. A 21 day stand down period was imposed. 

Doran's Call and Indira's Girl were quick to begin. Fruit Frames and Shimmy Dat Ray were slow to begin. Blazing Sword was very slow to begin (3 lengths).

Vamoosh and Indira's Girl collided on the first turn checking Indira's Girl. Blazing Sword checked off Shimmy Dat Ray entering the home straight. Another Nalin faltered on the first turn and lost ground, checking Bobby Ray. Jesse's Typhoon checked off Daintree Dynamo on the home turn. Jesse's Typhoon, Daintree Dynamo and Gone Early collided entering the home straight. Daintree Dynamo faltered entering the home straight and lost ground. 

Another Nalin underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have left back muscle injury. A 60 day stand down period was imposed.

Parumbah Taylah underwent a post-race veterinary examination following a fall in the catching pen - no apparent injury was reported. 

Mac underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left triangle muscle injury. A 60 day stand down period was imposed.
