Steward's Report
An out of competition sample was taken from Kubla De Kahn on 25 June 2019 pursuant to GAR 79A.
Tilley's Pie was quick to begin. Parumba Taylah and Kubla De Kahn were slow to begin.
Mac faltered approaching the first turn and lost considerable ground. Tilley's Pie and Black Bindi collided on the first turn checking Tilley's Pie. Parumba Taylah contacted the running rail on the first turn and lost ground. Mega Mckayla checked off Lucy Gem entering the home straight. Kubla De Kahn and Parumba Taylah collided entering the home straight checking Parumba Taylah.
Parumbah Taylah underwent a post-race veterinary examination following a fall in the catching pen - no apparent injury was reported.
Mac underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left triangle muscle injury. A 60 day stand down period was imposed.
