Idle Gem and Ebony Lakes crossed in on the first turn, causing Aeroplane Miss to check off Idle Gem, checking Grab That Earn and severely checking Prince Ferno and Uzzi Bale; Acer was checked as a result. Aeroplane Miss and Grab That Earn collided several times from the first run to approaching the home turn, checking both greyhounds. Uzzi Bale checked off Grab That Earn approaching the home turn and raced wide.

Bandwagon and Victor Leone collided soon after the start. Bandwagon galloped on Sam's Spolly on the first turn, checking Sam's Spolly and Yuken Win and severely checking Victor Leone, Braemar Camilita and Bandwagon. Scottish Pride and Janiya Bale collided several times approaching the winning post.

She Got Fire was slow to begin. 

Delta's Tiara, Figure Eight and Raylene Bale collided approaching the first turn, checking all three greyhounds. Meraki, Ashby Quick and Braemar Sassy collided on the first turn, checking Ashby Quick. Figure Eight lost ground on the first turn. Braemar Sassy and She Got Fire collided approaching the home turn, checking Braemar Sassy which lost ground; Raylene Bale to galloped on Braemar Sassy as a result, severely checking Braemar Sassy. Ashby Quick contacted the running rail approaching the home turn and lost ground. Ashby Quick and Braemnar Sassy collided on the home turn. 

Ashby Quick underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right wrist injury. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Figure Eight underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right wrist injury. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Braemar Sassy underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an abrasion to the left hind leg. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Tim Tam Sam and Crown Benji were slow to begin. 

Ebby's Plan, Hurricane Craig and Speedy Readie collided soon after the start. Hurricane Craig checked off Speedy Readie on the first turn. Tim Tam Sam and Broken Pieces collided on the first turn, checking Tim Tam Sam, Broken Pieces, Speedy Readie and Ebby's Plan.

Split Pea and Federal Express were quick to begin. Banjo Plato was slow to begin. 

Federal Express checked off Consider It Done on the first turn. Split Pea galloped on Consider It Done on the first turn, checking Consider It Done and Federal Express and severely checking Split Pea; Zoe's Intention was checked, Mister Mercury was severely checked and Sam I'm Mikado fell as a result. Banjo Plato crossed out approaching the home turn, checking Consider It Done. 

Sam I'm Mikado underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right calf muscle injury. A 3 day stand down period was imposed.

Vivian Shiraz crossed to the rails on the first turn, checking Spolly's Jet, Tarquin Bob, Aston Xanadu, Frost Us, Galway Icon and Crossfine Icon. Galway Icon checked off Aston Xanadu approaching the home turn. Crossfire Icon raced wide entering the home straight. Vivian Shiraz and Spolly's Jet collided approaching the winning post. 

Romany Girl was quick to begin. 

Aston Klara and Spectra Style collided soon after the start, checking Aston Klara. Maggie Mikado and Aston Klara collided approaching the first turn. Toonang, Mumma's Bear and Romany Girl collided on the first turn, checking Romany Girl and severely checking Mumma's Bear; Hillbilly Boy and Spectra Style were checked as a result. Romany Girl galloped on Deano's Smidge entering the home straight. 

Woody's My Name was slow to begin.

Sabakat crossed in approaching the first turn, checking Spectator and Navy Storm and severely checking Nitro Gee and Woodleigh Sal. Spectator and Navy Strom collided on the first turn. 

Navy Storm underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an abrasion to the left hind leg. A 3 day stand down period was imposed.

Wolfie's Sook and Banjo Sally collided approaching the winning post. 

All You Got underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a laceration to the left hind foot. A 21 day stand down period was imposed.

Bring The Spring crossed to the rails approaching the first trun, checking Hot Cruiser and Vladimir Rose and causing Airly With Grace to contact the running rail and lose ground.
