Further enhancements have been made by Stewards around social distancing with COVID-19. In accordance with GAR 51 (10), the Stewards have directed the Starter to box the greyhounds in a single file boxing process, commencing with box 1, followed by 2, followed by 3, followed by 4, followed by 5, followed by 6, followed by 7, followed by 8. Essentially 1 through 8 in single file. All handlers will be 2m back from the handler in front. 

Shrek's Rose and Prince Archer were slow to begin.  Magic Voyage and Meat Murphy collided soon after the start. Steinmark, Barrabooka and Marshall's King collided on the first turn.  Shrek's Rose and Meat Murphy collided on the first turn checking Meat Murphy.  Steinmark visibly eased on the first turn and collided with Barrabooka.  Steinmark visibly eased approaching the home turn and subsequently pulled up.  Barrabooka and Prince Archer collided on the home turn.

Steinmark underwent a post race veterinary examination and after being re-examined following race 3, no apparent injury could be detected. 

Stewards spoke to Mr. S. Curtain the trainer of Steinmark regarding the greyhound's racing manners on the first turn and approaching the home turn.  Acting under the provisions of GAR 69(A)(1) Steinmark was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment. Mr. Curtain pleaded guilty to the charge, Steinmark was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at Warragul and must perform a satisfactory trial (all tracks) pursuant to GAR 69(A)(2)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted

Mister Flash and Ranger Rose were slow to begin.  Remember Jimmy, Master Flash and Ranger Rose collided soon after the start checking Master Flash.  Willy Eve, Urana Rose, Flying Lucky, Remember Jimmy and Ranger Rose collided on the first turn severely checking Urana Rose, Flying Lucky, Remember Jimmy and Ranger Rose.  Urana Rose and Flying Lucky were checked off Ranger Rose approaching the home turn.

A pre-race sample was unable to be obtained from Urana Mustang, a post race sample was subsequently taken.

Skinny Legend was checked off Rocky Pie approaching the first turn checking Urana Mustang. Skinny Legend visibly eased approaching the first turn checking Urana Mustang.  Rocky Pie, Why Not Rose, Urana Duke and My Gem collided on the first turn severely checking Why Not Rose and My Gem, Successful Sissy was checked as a result.  Rocky Pie visibly eased approaching the home turn.  Urana Duke and Alisha Hook collided on the home turn.  Successful Sissy raced wide on the home turn.  Rocky Pie visibly eased entering the home straight and again in the home straight.  Urana Duke and Alisha Hook collided in the home straight.

Rocky Pie underwent a post race veterinary examination and was found to have an injured left deltoid muscle.  A 14 day stand down period was imposed. 

Stewards spoke to Mr. R. Conway trainer of Rocky Pie regarding the greyhound's racing manners approaching the home turn, entering the home straight and in the home straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 69(A)(1) Rocky Pie was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment.  Mr. Conway pleaded not guilty to the charge, but was found guilty. Rocky Pie is suspended for 28 days at Warragul and must perform a satisfactory trial (all tracks) pursuant to GAR 69(A)(2)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted. 

Skinny Legend underwent a post race veterinary examination and was found to have an injured right wrist.  A 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Curtain the representative for Skinny Legend regarding the greyhound's racing manners approaching the first turn.  Acting under the provisions of GAR 69(A)(1) Skinny Legend was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment.  Mr. Curtain pleaded guilty to the charge, Skinny Legend is suspended for 3 months at all tracks and must perform a satisfactory trial (all tracks) pursuant to GAR 69(A)(2)(b) before any future nomination will be accepted.

He Shall Power was slow to begin.

One Babe checked off Falcon Heavy soon after the start. Falcon Heavy checked off Texas Metal on the first turn checking Tekki Nibbles; He Shall Power clipped the heels of Tekki Nibbles as a result. 

Mt. View Audrey crossed in approaching the first turn checking Scalp Hunter, Rall's Girl and Super Attitude and causing Tyson's Tiger to fall. Scalp Hunter and Rall's Girl collided on the first turn. 

Tyson's Tiger underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an injured right monkey muscle and right deltoid muscle.  A 7 day stand down period was imposed.

A post race sample was taken from Fraser Hook - winner of the event.

Samp De Keats and Leo Rose were slow to begin. 

Find The Time and Sawan Sawan collided soon after the start checking Sawan Sawan and John Bell. Sprightly Bro checked off Find The Time on the first turn. Leo Rose checked off Sprightly Bro approaching the home turn. Sprightly Bro checked off Find The Time approaching the home turn. 

A pre-race sample was taken from Father Phevos.

Father Phevos was quick to begin. Rio Hustler and Shelbourne Star were slow to begin. 

Rio Hustler checked off Shelbourne Star on the home turn. 

 Bomber's Return was quick to begin.  Seve Rose and Fuel 'Em collided soon after the start checking Seve Rose.  Shanlyn Magic and Bomber's Retun collided on the first turn. Shanlyn Magic eased approaching the home turn and subsequently pulled up.

Shanlyn Magic underwent a post race veterinary examination and was found to have an injured right deltoid muscle.  A 14 day stand down period was imposed.  Stewards spoke to trainer Ms. N. Lund regarding the greyhound's racing manners approaching the home turn.  Acting under the provisions of GAR 69(B)(1) Shanlyn Magic was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury).  Ms. Lund pleaded not guilty to the charge, Shanlyn Magic was found guilty and must perform a satisfactory trial (all tracks) pursuant to GAR 69(B)(1)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Johnny Be Good crossed in soon after the start checking Eagle Jet, What Price Bucks, Al's Vixen and Mad Eye Madam.  What Price Bucks and Al's Vixen collided on the first turn.  Rockin' Richard and Urana Fernando collided on the first turn.  Eagle Jet and What Price Bucks collided on the first turn checking Eagle Jet.  Eagle Jet contacted the running rail approaching the home turn.  Mad Eye Madam was checked off Urana Fernando approaching the home turn.  Rockin' Richard and Urana Fernando collided approaching the home turn.  What Price Bucks, Rockin' Richard, Urana Fernando, and Mad Eye Madam collided on the home turn.  Rockin' Richard was checked off Mad Eye Madam in the home straight checking Urana Fernando.

Nowhere Nathe was slow to begin.  Quick Paws shifted in soon after the start checking Tara's Magic.  Quick Paws crossed to the rail approaching the first turn checking Kiowa Kaema, Tara's Magic and Why Not Luv.  Shantelle Rose and Quick Paws collided on the first turn.

Cracked Pepper was quick to begin.  Flying Solo was checked off Haunting soon after the start. Kraken Jonny crossed to the rail on the first turn checking Haunting and Tinker Chuck and causing Cracked Pepper to fall; Flying Solo was checked as a result.  Tinker Chuck, Mac's Mayhem and Haunting collided approaching  the home turn.  Kraken Jonny visibly eased on the home turn and collided with Pink Tiara causing both greyhounds to race wide.  Kraken Jonny visibly eased in the home straight.

Cracked Pepper underwent a post race veterinary examination and was found to have injured left and right thigh muscles, left and right quadriceps muscles and left triangle muscle. A 14 day stand down period was imposed. 

Kraken Johnny underwent a post race veterinary examination and no apparent injury was reported. Trainer Ms. N. Lund declined her option to have the greyhound re- vetted.

Ms. Lund pleaded guilty to the charge, Kraken Jonny is suspended for 28 days at Warragul and must perform a satisfactory trial (all tracks) pursuant to GAR 69(A)(2)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Courtney Lee was slow to begin.  Little Samara was checked off Curiouser on the first turn.  Sally's Pride and Small Rose collided on the first turn checking Small Rose, Little Samara, Big Bella and Courtney Lee.  Nobody's Girl contacted the running rail on the first turn.  Big Bella and Little Samara collided on the home turn.  Sally's Pride raced wide in the home straight.
