A pre-race sample was taken from Revelation.
Whynot Luv, Greatest Showman and Hooked On Scotch were slow to begin. Galloping Coxy and Dr. Davinci collided soon after the start checking Hooked On Scotch and Greatest Showman. Miss Potential and Dr. Seraphina collided on the first turn checking Miss Potential which lost ground and collided with Dr. Davinci. Galloping Coxy was checked off Dr. Seraphina on the first turn, Galloping Coxy lost ground as a result. Miss Potential was checked off Dr. Davinci approaching the home turn. Dr. Davinci and Hooked On Scotch collided approaching the home turn checking Dr. Davinci. Dr. Seraphina and Whynot Luv collided on the home turn.
