Steward's Report
Big Artie Banner, Spyfection, Jim's Hotel and Bad Words collided on the first turn checking Spyfection and Bad Words. Big Artie Banner and Prince Mark collided approaching the winning post.
Stewards spoke to Mr. G. Gledhill, the trainer of Prince Mark regarding its improved performance in this event. Mr. Gledhill stated that the greyhound has been racing in provincial races and that the greyhound had been trialling well. Mr Gledhill further added that he had a wager on the greyhound as he was confident that it would win. Stewards directed a sample be taken from the greyhound. Stewards noted Mr Gledhills explanation and directed a sample be taken from the greyhound, Prince Mark - winner of the event.
