Our Harley Quinn – New declared weight of 30.9kg, last raced at 32.3kg.
Chill Out Indy was slow to begin. Spot On Mick went up with the lids at box rise and was very slow to begin (3L). Zipping Sheila and Our Harley Quinn collided approaching the first turn. Our Harley Quin faltered on the first turn and tailed off. Chill Out Indy lost groun in the home straight.
Chill Out Indy underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have bruising over the right shoulder. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.
Stewards spoke to Ms J.Chilcott, the trainer of Chill Out Indy and issued a warning regarding the greyhounds racing manners in the home straight.
Our Harley Quinn underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left hip injury. A 21 day stand down period was imposed.
A post-race sample was taken from Zipping Sheila, winner of the event.
