Fess Crockett, Lady Christina and Strike Power collided soon after the start checking Lady Christina. April Jay, Fawn Regrets and Strike Power collided approaching the first turn checking Strike Power and April Jay causing April Jay to lose ground. Strike Power and April Jay collided on the first turn. Fess Crockett and Quick Step collided on the first turn checking Quick Step. Fawn Regrets galloped on the heels of Quick Step on the home turn checking Fawn Regrets which collided with Lady Christina. Strike Power checked the heels of Fawn Regrets entering the home straight. April Jay raced wide in the home straight.
