Claretown Boris, Galo's Best and Little Red Hot collided soon after the start. Proven Snow and Blazin' Bulla collided approaching the first turn. Proven Snow and Little Red Hot collided in the home striaght.
Stewards spoke to the handler of Aston Jewel, Mr David Basile and trainer of Blazin' Bulla, Ms Nicole Lummas regarding both parties behaviour and actions behind the boxes after boxing their greyhounds. After hearing evidence from Mr Basile and Ms Lummas who both stated that it was jovial exchange between both parties, Stewards issued them both a with an official warning pursuant to GAR 86(q) in that they both acted in a way that could be viewed as detrimental to the interest of greyhound racing in the circumstances that the incident was briefly viewed on Sky Channel.
