Steward's Report
This meeting was deemed hot weather affected. At the start of race 12 the outside temperature was 27.7 degrees and the kennel temperature was 16.5 degrees.
A pre-race sample was taken from Ryben Jack.
Keely Run and White Ambush were quick to begin. Looking Down and Seabrook Gem collided soon after the start. Cobber Victorem, Mr. Diaz, Keely Run and White Ambush collided approaching the first turn. Cobber Victorem, White Ambush and Mr. Diaz collided on the first turn checking Hector Cabang. Mr. Diaz and White Ambush collided approaching the home turn. Hector Cabang, Looking Down and Mr. Diaz collided on the home turn. White Ambush raced wide in the home straight. Hector Cabang and Ryben Jack collided approaching the winning post.

Meeting Comments:-
Satisfactory Trial Results - Kraken Smiles trialled over the 500mt from box 3, weight 37.7kg, the greyhound was placed 3rd in a field of 5. The time of the trial was 28.53, the greyhound was beaten by a margin of 2L. Kraken Smiles was cleared.
Satisfactory Trial Results - Golden Shiraz trialled over the 500mt from box 6, weight 27.7kg, the greyhound was placed 1st in a field of 5. The time of the trial was 28.53, the greyhound won by a margin of 1.25L. Golden Shiraz was cleared.
Supplementary Report 12.11.18
Stewards spoke to Mr K. Eyles at the Shepparton Race Meeting on 12.11.18, the trainer of Kraken Smiles regarding the length of time since the greyhound last raced. Kraken Smiles last raced on 24 June, 2018. Mr Eyles stated that the greyhound was resuming racing following a broken left foot.
