Goldenpaw Buzz, Buddie's Al and Black In Town collided approaching the first turn, checking Goldenpaw Buzz. Quick Defence, Boney Power and Swell It Is collided on the first turn, checking Quick Defence, Boney Power and Goldenpaw Buzz, and causing Buddie's Al to fall. Boney Power checked off Swell It Is approaching the home turn. Double Date and Mia's Toy collided in the home straight.
Buddie's Al was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained no apparent injury.
