Due to a technical malfunction with the judging system the start time of this event was amended from 4:09pm to 5:01pm.
No Secrets, Alpha Midas and Miss Gippsland were quick to begin.
Nice Surprise was slow to begin.
Chill Out Indy and Lady Christina collided soon after the start. Frosty Snowman and Queen Ophelia collided soon after the start. Chill Out Day and Lady Christina collided on the first turn. Frosty Snowman checked off Queen Ophelia on the home turn. No Secrets raced wide on the home turn. Nice Surprise checked off No Secrets in the home straight.
No Secrets was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the right stifle. A stand down period of 10 days was imposed.
