Steward's Report
Due to a technical malfunction with the judging system the start time of this event was amended from 3:32pm to 4:17pm.
Magic Flora was quick to begin.
Monica's Joy, Happy Cruising and Saintly Jack were slow to begin.
Monica's Joy and Happy Cruising collided soon after the start. Weetbix Mini checked off Scott To Give approaching the first turn. Saintly Jack galloped on the heels of Secret's Out on the first turn checking both greyhounds. Saintly Jack galloped on the heels of Bat The Brat approaching the home turn. Bat The Brat raced wide on the home turn and again in the home straight.
Bat The Brat was vetted and re-vetted following event 7. It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to the right wrist and both groins. A stand down period of 21 days was imposed.
