Due to a technical malfunction with the judging system the start time of this event was amended from 5:10pm to 6:03pm.
Kalani Amy was quick to begin.
Mint Boy and Noonbarra Storm were slow to begin.
Rockin' In, Roger's In Town and Crooked Vulture collided soon after the start. Rockin' In and Roger's In Town collided approaching the first turn checking Roger's In Town. Mint Boy galloped on the heels of Crooked Vulture on the first turn severely checking Crooked Vulture, Mint Boy and Kiss Me Razley.
