Jack's Lass was slow to begin.
Jesterday, Rocket Riley and Tricky Tron collided soon after the start checking Tricky Tron and Rocket Riley. Mrs. Jawa and Snapchat Queen collided soon after the start. Rocket Riley and Standing Bear collided on the first turn checking Rocket Riley. Kilty Jewel, Snapchat Queen and Mrs. Jawa collided on the first turn. Standing Bear and Tricky Tron collided approaching the home turn checking Tricky Tron. Kilty Jewel and Rocket Riley raced wide on the home turn and in the home straight.
MEETING COMMENTS:
Satisfactory Trial Results (GAR 77A) - Stewards spoke to Ms D. Colemen, the trainer of Acrostar regarding the length of time since the greyhound last raced. Acrostar last raced on 12 October 2017. Ms Coleman stated that the greyhound was returning from a right hock injury. Pursuant to GAR 77A, Acrostar trialled over the 400mtrs from box 1, weight 33.0kgs, the greyhound was placed 3rd in a field of 4. The time of the trial was 22.95, the greyhound was beaten by a margin of 4 lengths. Acrostar was Cleared.
Satisfactory Trial Results - (Cramp trial) Dum Didee Dum trialled over the 400mtrs from box 3, weight 30.7kgs, the greyhound was placed 1st in a field of 4. The time of the trial was 22.95, the greyhound won by a margin of 1 3/4 lengths. Dum Didee Dum was Cleared.
