Steward's Report
Divino was a late scratching at 10.29am on the advice of the Club’s Veterinary Surgeon due to an injured right stopper and right wrist. A 7 day stand down period was imposed. It Is Done was a late scratching at 10.31am on the advice of the Club’s Veterinary Surgeon due to an injured right wrist. A 7 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Mr B Buchanan regarding the circumstances in which both greyhounds presented at kennelling in an injured condition. Mr Buchanan told Stewards that both greyhounds jumped out of the back of the stationary vehicle in the carpark where It Is Done buckled, with Divino sustained grazing from stones in the carpark.
