A pre race sample was taken from Just Nimble It.
Jemma's Fantasy was quick to begin. Louie Allen and Magic Will were slow to begin.
Perfect Nature and No Excuse collided soon after the start. No Excuse, Louie Allen, Jemma's Fantasy, King Colt and Magic Will collided on the first turn, checking Louie Allen and Magic Will; Louie Allen fell as a result. No Excuse and Jemma's Fantasy collided on the second turn.
Louie Allen was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
The racing surface on the first turn was inspected by Stewards after Louie Allen fell in that vicinity. The track was deemed safe and fit for racing to continue.
