Optima Semper was quick to begin. Dr. Noely and Blue Lioness were slow to begin. Le Freak and Poppy's Way collided soon after the start. My Girl Lois and Blue Lioness collided approaching the first turn checking My Girl Lois. Galloping Tina and My Girl Lois collided on the first turn. Dr. Noely and Le Freak collided on the first turn. Dr. Noely was checked off Le Freak in the back straight. Falling In Love and Blue Lioness collided approaching the winning post.
