Steward's Report
Blackpool Diva and Rose Of Saturn were quick to begin. Quill Bale and Rogan Bale were slow to begin.
Blackpool Diva (raced awkwardly and brushed the rail turning on the turn off the back straight), underwent a post–race veterinary examination. It was reported that the greyhound was found to have a left back muscle injury, abrasions to the left hock and spike wounds to the left stopper bone and right hind toes. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
A post–race sample was taken from Rose Of Saturn – the winner of the event.
