Dyna Dalma brushed the running rail on the first turn checking Dyna Camo, Desperate Pete and Onya Grover.  Ann's Moment, Delta Bad Hand and Banjo King collided on the second turn checking Delta Bad Hand.  Dyna Dalma and Ann's Moment collided on the third turn.  Ann's Moment checked off Dyna Dalma in the home straight.

Mr. Swan was slow to begin.  Shelby's Magic and Benny Mac collided soon after the start.  In Dee Genes, Kwazii, Naughty Cazza and Jumbo Jack collided approaching the first turn checking In Dee Genes, Kwazii and Jumbo Jack.  Kwazii checked off Jumbo Jack on the first turn.  Shelby's Magic, Benny Mac and Mr. Swan collided approaching the second turn checking Benny Mac and Mr. Swan.  In Dee Genes checked off Kwazii approaching the third turn.  Jumbo Jack checked off In Dee Genes on the third turn checking Mr. Swan.  Naughty Cazza and Jumbo Jack collided on the home turn checking both greyhounds.

Naughty Cazza was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a sprain to the left wrist, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Jumbo Jack was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the right triangle muscle, a 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Nockabout Aussie was slow to begin.  Darpa Bale and Lister Bale collided approaching the first turn checking What's Up Herbie.  Darpa Bale, Lister Bale and Daliya Bale collided on the first turn checking Lister Bale and Daliya Bale.  Daliya Bale checked off Nockabout Aussie approaching the second turn.  Nockabout Aussie checked off Lister Bale on the second turn.  Lister Bale and Nockabout Aussie collided in the home straight.

Daliya Bale was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the right back muscle, a 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Panda Bale and Mick's Angel were slow to begin and collided soon after the start.  Panda Bale checked off Linco Bale on the first turn.  Ella's Cruising and Trace Amount collided approaching the second turn.  Linco Bale and Dewana Babe collided in the front straight and again on the third turn.  Linco Bale checked off Dewana Babe approaching the fourth turn.  Ella's Cruising faltered approaching the fifth turn and tailed off.  Revision and Dewana Babe collided in the home straight.

Ella's Cruising was vetted following the event and was revetted following Race 7.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.  Stewards spoke to Mr M. Cauchi, Trainer of the greyhound.  Stewards deemed the performance of Ella's Cruising unsatisfactory in this event and acting in accordance with GAR 71, Stewards directed that Ella's Cruising must perform a Satisfactory Trial, All Tracks, before any future nomination will be accepted.

Weston East was slow to begin.  Weston East checked off Jailor Bale soon after the start.  Lyka Allen checked off Jailor Bale approaching the first turn.  Evers Bale, Weston East and Agility collided on the first turn.  Lyka Allen and Iyliss Bale collided approaching the second turn checking Pop Wright.  Lyka Allen checked off Iyliss Bale entering the back straight checking Evers Bale.

Become The Fuse was slow to begin.  Dyna Irminus, Letron James and Ivy Bale collided approaching the first turn.  Letron James checked off Coota's Cazaly on the first turn.  Letron James and Become The Fuse collided entering the front straight.  Ivy Bale and Become The Fuse collided in the back straight checking Ivy Bale.  Invictus Rapid checked off Lithgow Panther approaching the home turn.

Soda Man and Lunar Eclipse collided soon after the start.  Mincin' Machine crossed to the rail soon after the start checking Fleetwood Zac.  Dalgetty, Dawkins Bale, Soda Man and Lunar Eclipse collided on the first turn, severely checking Soda Man and Hercules Bale, causing Lunar Eclipse to stumble and Dawkins Bale fell as a result.  Dalgetty and Mincin' Machine collided on the third turn.

Dawkins Bale was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained split webbing to the left foreleg, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Lunar Eclipse was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Able Chief was slow to begin.  Ringer checked off Bubba's Silvia in the front straight.  Dyna Maddie and Shima Song collided on the second turn.  Ringer and Bubba's Silvia collided in the back straight.  Ringer and Pink Shoelaces collided on the fourth turn, severely checking Pink Shoelaces.

Pink Shoelaces was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Texan Clear Way, Hyper Venom and Shep were slow to begin.  Shep checked off Spring Clarkie approaching the first turn.  Hyper Venom and Spring Clarkie collided approaching the first turn. Texan Clear Way, Hyper Venom and Spring Clarkie collided on the first turn causing Spring Clarkie to race wide.  Crackerjack Choc, Shep and Brianna Morgan collided on the first turn checking Crackerjack Choc.  Texan Clear Way and Shep collided on the second turn.  Texan Clear Way checked off Shep on the third turn.  Takahi George and Brianna Morgan collided on the home turn.

Master Jackpot was slow to begin.  Come At Me and Memphis Jookin' collided approaching the first turn.  Shake 'Em Off and Dina Bale collided approaching the first turn.  Come At Me, Memphis Jookin', Dream Ticket and Dina Bale collided on the first turn checking Memphis Jookin' causing Master Jackpot to race wide.  Quizzical and Dream Ticket collided on the first turn. Dream Ticket checked off My Girl Chloe entering the back straight.  Quizzical and My Girl Chloe collided several times on the home turn, approaching the home turn and again on the home turn.

A pre-race sample was taken from Yanong.

Yanong and Lochinvar Kors were slow to begin.  Blue Blitz crossed to the rail soon after the start checking Jackdell which stumbled as a result.  Yanong, Glass Roof and Blue Blitz collided on the first turn.  Dyna Fame and Duff Bale collided on the first turn and again on the second turn checking Duff Bale.  Lochinvar Kors raced wide on the second turn.  Glass Roof checked off Yanong in the back straight.  Glass Roof checked off Dyna Fame on the third turn.  Glass Roof and Jackdell collided approaching the home turn checking Duff Bale and Glass Roof.  Jackdell eased and collided with Dyna Fame in the home straight.

Yanong fell in the catching pen and was vetted, there was no apparent injury found.  

Jackdell was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained split webbing to the left foreleg, a 21 day stand down period was imposed.  Stewards spoke to Mr B. Hiscock, Trainer of Jackdell.  Acting under GAR 69(B)(1), Stewards charged Jackdell with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury).  Mr Hiscock pleaded guilty to the charge.  Jackdell was found guilty and Stewards directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial, All Tracks, pursuant to GAR 69(B)(1)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.
