Steward's Report
Our Spotty and Exact Moment collided soon after the start. King Nitro, Ruff Cut Diamond and Minnie Mantle collided approaching the first turn. Volksjager Blue checked off King Nitro on the first turn. Lektra Blanket, King Nitro and Moonlight Maggie collided on the first turn checking King Nitro and Moonlight Maggie. Our Spotty and Ruff Cut Diamond collided approaching the home turn. Volksjager Blue and Ruff Cut Diamond collided entering the home straight.
Minnie Mantle which trailled the field was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found. Trainer Mr. J. Olsen declined the option to have the greyhound re-vetted. Stewards deemed the performance of Minnie Mantle unsatisfactory in this event and acting in accordance with GAR 71, Stewards directed that Minnie Mantle must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) before any future nomination will be accepted.
