Max Mantle and Enchanting Bling were slow to begin. Billy Brae, Max Mantle and Enchanted Bling collided soon after the start checking Max Mantle. Billy Brae, Grassy Rocks and Enchanted Bling collided approaching the first turn checking Billy Brae, Grassy Rocks and Max Mantle, resulting in Grassy Rocks becoming unbalanced and contactlng the running rail and consequently losing ground .. Enchanting Bling, Lektra Basset and Crossbank collided approaching the home turn. Mean Disposition and Enchanting Bling collided entering the home straight. Grassy Rocks and Max Mantle collided approaching the winning post.
Grassy Rocks was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
